Hi, The latest update, is that I was able to remove the Weather App running PowerShell as an administrator using the prompt command "Get-AppxPackage *bingweather* | Remove-AppxPackage". I was then able to select and reinstall the Weather App from the Store but to no avail - everything in the app functions with the exception of the Radar Observation Display - it still doesn't display when selected.

I really liked this app. Since it is Apple’s own app, I wanted to ask before I delete it, and download an entirely different weather app.
